Here is another example of a second purchase of a group once they sold their home. This LANDMARK II with a top of the line, beautiful leather was their choice for a match of this, “Cartoon Character,” design. Taking advantage of our ability to configure just about any group need. Movie Theater Like …

Here is one of my favorite designs with both targeted seats and two rear sofa configurations in the back rows. LANDMARK II’s trademark is it’s manually adjustable back head cushion. Once in that perfect recline position you can adjust it to perfectly support you neck and head.

I love the story of this purchase. The room shown above in that Lipstick Red leather, I called the, “Ultimate Home Theater,’ is a friend to this client. He visited that room and soon became a PremiereHTS owner of LANDMARK II which was an instant choice.
