Dec 31, 2007 – Rawlings has partnered with PremiereHTS (“PHTS”) to launch its first line of home theater leather seating/furniture. Through the licensing agreement, PHTS will design, manufacture and market the products under the Rawlings and PremiereHTS brand names.
